New Industrial Brochure

Transhield, Inc. offers a new 4-page brochure featuring Shrinkable Fabric™ covers with VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) for industrial and large equipment applications. The literature offers details about Transhield’s industrial application covers with patented Adhesive Additive Delivery – Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (AAD-VCI) system which provides 100% protection from corrosion during transportation and storage. The cover material is breathable and the special coating significantly reduces moisture and eliminates hardware corrosion while equipment is covered.

The brochure also lists benefits of the covers including easy application and removal and simple use with custom-fit covers with zippers, Velcro or other components. Heat shrinking the covers provides a tight fit so that the cover will stay on during transportation or storage. Transhield shrink covers reflect 85% of sunlight and feature a vapor transmission rate of 1.3 grams/100 sq. in./24 hours during rain.

Information is also provided for Transhield’s test lab, where the company’s own products are tested for consistency between production runs, as well as components supplied by other companies.
